HVAC Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
* Provide front-line technical support across a broad range of heating and HVAC products.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot product, software, and system issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
* Liaise with field engineers, clients, and internal teams to manage technical queries and service requests.
* Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or product specialists when required.
* Record all service activity, warranty details, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
* Support the development of technical documentation, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
* Collaborate closely with service, sales, and engineering departments to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
* Ensure all work aligns with company standards and technical best practices.
About You
* Qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Heating, or a related technical discipline.
* Proven background in a technical support or customer service role, ideally within the HVAC or heating industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience using CRM or helpdesk software.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
* Professional command of English, written and verbal.
* Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland on a permanent basis.
