Clinical Nurse Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and implement change in our healthcare setting.
* Lead and implement change, with particular reference to HIQA standards
* Display leadership, innovation and creativity through work with staff and residents
* Carry out and supervise audits of all aspects of nursing care, including medication management and daily spot checks
* Receive, supervise and oversee the reception of new residents
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Nursing experience: Minimum 2 years in a nursing home in Ireland with minimum 5 years nursing experience.
