Overview:
Clientis seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join the team.
In this role, youwill provide business partnering support across Human Health, Animal Health andglobal functions on a range of HR topics.

Tobe truly successful, you will need to balance multiple priorities, supportHRBP's with delivery of projects, and support the Ireland HR Lead with the HRportfolio of work, which will involve coordinating meetings, preparing andmanaging materials and following up on actions.

You will be part of a highly collaborative Ireland and global HR team,and as such you will work across site boundaries on key HR initiatives.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Supportto HR Team and Portfolio
Providesupport to projects and initiatives across the Irish network, including theLive, Earn, Grow programme, Ireland HR Team, GD&I and culture activities;lead selected projects and support others - deliver project milestones on timeand to scope, and where possible, increase employee engagement andparticipation in programmes.
Liaisewith external vendors for benefits across Ireland in coordination of the yearlyshare purchase process, the benefits roadshow, etc.
- manage vendorrelationships to ensure timely service delivery, cost-effectiveness, SLAs aremet, and vendor activity supports HR outcomes without operational disruption.
IrelandHR Portal Lead & policy team representative - keep the internal portalcontent current and accessible, ensure policies are accurate and compliant,reduce employee policy queries by providing clear guidance, and enable fasterself-service for common HR tasks.
Coordinatemeetings, manage agendas, prepare and manage materials and follow up onactions, working closely with the Country HR Lead
Monthlyreporting responsibility - deliver accurate and timely reporting that supportsbusiness decisions, ensures compliance with governance requirements, andprovides HR and business leaders with actionable insights into trends.
Partnerwith Senior HRBPs to provide strategic support for Animal and Human Healthacross the end-to-end lifecycle of employees delivering on cyclical processes(recruitment, onboarding, development, talent management, compensation,retention, succession) that align with business priorities, improve retentionof key talent, and close identified skill gaps.
ProvideHRBP support :act as a responsive HR business partner, supporting managers toresolve people issues and support general queries.
Supportthe delivery of all Ireland HR induction for new starts.
Partner with theLearning & Development Team to ensure all new joiners attend requiredsessions and contribute to onboarding process improvements.
Occupationalhealth interaction for case management, referrals etc., including vendormanagement for occupational health support managers with OH referrals andcasework to support employee health and return-to-work, and reduce caseturnaround time.
GlobalMobility support: partner with Global Mobility to coordinate internationalmoves and related administration and provide a positive relocation experiencefor employees.
CompleteSIP files for share purchase: prepare complete and accurate SIP file submissionin a timely manner to support payroll processing and tax compliance
Managelocal HR programmes, including events and HR initiatives.
Represent HR at teammeetings, site events, and group client or vendor events: engage withemployees, partners, and building relationships.
AttendFleet Council Meetings: represent HR perspectives to support safe,cost-effective fleet policies, ensure alignment between fleet decisions andpeople policies, and communicate relevant updates to site stakeholders.
PeopleLeader Forum: organise and support forums for people leaders that fosterleadership capability, share best practice, surface and resolve people risks,and drive consistent application of HR policies and leadership behaviours.
Qualifications& Education:
2-3years' experience in an HR role, ideally working in a large multi-nationalenvironment.
ExpectedSkill Set:
StrongGeneralist with experience in business partner.
Abilityto build trusted partnerships and to work effectively with people at all levels
Strongadministration skills and effective at managing multiple stakeholders
Goodknowledge of Irish employment law framework
