The Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities within our fast-paced, GDP/GMP-regulated environment.
You will be the driving force behind the efficient and compliant distribution of critical medical equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership
o Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of medical and pharmaceutical products.
o Ensure all activities meet GDP/GMP, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
* Inventory & Compliance
o Oversee stock accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory optimisation.
o Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
* People Management
o Lead, manage, and develop a team of five warehouse operatives.
o Recognise and celebrate individual and team achievements, helping to maintain a positive and high-performing culture.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Warehouse Manager or Senior Warehouse Operations role, ideally within a regulated or pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong understanding of GDP, GMP, GXP, or similar regulated frameworks.
* Third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred.
