Revenue Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimise occupancy and revenue.
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting rates and offers accordingly.
* Manage and update online travel agency platforms ensuring rate parity and content accuracy.
* Prepare detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the same or similar revenue management role in the hospitality sector. They will have a strong understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies, as well as experience managing online travel agency platforms.
They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and proactive mindset, with a drive to continuously improve results, is essential for this role.
Knowledge of the Irish hotel market is an advantage, but not required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in revenue management role in hospitality sector.
* Understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies.
* Experience managing online travel agency platforms (e.g., Expedia).
* Strong analytical and reporting skills-able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
