Design Manager Job Description
To lead a multidisciplinary team across infrastructure projects, we are seeking an experienced Design Manager. The successful candidate will work directly with senior members of the team and be based in one of our offices in Ireland or have the option to work remotely within the country.
* The role involves managing design-build teams, identifying potential risks, and setting objectives for the project team.
* The Design Manager will lead the project team, motivating them, ensuring they receive necessary training, and facilitating communication with clients and within the team.
We require a highly skilled Design Manager with relevant experience in DB design/project management, a Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management, Chartered Engineer status, and experience managing design commissions on large infrastructure projects.
