Candidate Profile
* A relevant professional qualification in Social Care or related field.
* Proven experience managing services for people with intellectual disabilities.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, person-centred supports, and best practices.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
