Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide reception and administrative support to the Service Area
* Manage and maintain accurate records and files
* Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
* Handle phone calls and correspondence
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
* A proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent typing skills and accuracy
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
