Job Title: Safety Compliance Officer
The Outsourced Technical Services Department partners with Global leaders to find the best people for their business needs. This role is integral to ensuring safety compliance across all Capital Projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Attend daily Capital and CORE project meetings
• Review and approve contractor safety documentation
• Develop and maintain Construction Health and Safety Plans
• Conduct weekly project and environmental audits
• Support permitting systems including LOTO, confined space, and hot works
• Manage isolation systems for construction activities
• Track and report weekly/monthly safety statistics
• Conduct and manage project-specific safety inductions
• Participate in whiteboard meetings
• Compile and analyze monthly SOR safety statistics and trends
• Ensure all personnel training is current and documented
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and assess cleanroom readiness
• Monitor personnel performance in cleanrooms
• Ensure all documentation is GMP/GDP compliant and audit-ready
• Deliver cleanroom safety training to engineering and QC personnel
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a safety or compliance role
• Familiarity with EHS regulations, GMP/GDP standards, and cleanroom protocols
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems
