We trade the world’s major electronic futures and stock markets, from equity indices and commodities to interest rates and FX, from our trading floors in Harcourt Street, Dublin and Zagreb / Split, Croatia. Our number one job is trading success.

What you will be doing
Working alongside our executive board, you will help us explore new trading and business opportunities. You will be an integral part of our internship, trainee trader and senior trader hiring programs. You will help to ensure our trading floors run smoothly and efficiently. You will work with all of the key stakeholders in our business regularly. You will play a key role in our Management, Innovation and Hiring teams.
Key responsibilities
* Managing our intern and trainee trader hiring processes, liaising with recruiters, universities and university student groups
* Advocating and exploiting avenues for growth in P&L of Positive Equity’s operations globally, from managing the development of new software and tools to senior trader recruitment
* Fostering and growing relationships with our trading exchanges, clearing banks, software vendors, coding teams and our other key partners, as well as developing new partnerships
* Execution of business data processes to ensure the smooth running of our trader support services
Your skills and experience
* You are an A-lister, a high-level operator who gets the job done
* Proven record of success in a fast-paced business environment managing multiple projects, where change is expected and embraced
* Experience in managing high-performing teams with responsibility for results
* Proven track record of leadership and influencing roles in business decision-making using complex data
* Expertise using key data tools such as Excel, Python and database management to present data in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders
* Experience in the major functional areas of a regulated financial service group – financial markets, risk, treasury, audit, compliance, outsourcing
* Excellent communicator and negotiator in verbal and written media
* Expert relationship-builder within all levels of your professional networks, from new recruits to senior staff
Good to have
* Passion for financial markets, geopolitics and what drives the world’s economies
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Stats, Economics or data-related field
* Coding and process automation expertise
* Experience in leading and managing multinational, remote teams
* High proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, SQL
* Knowledge of high-speed communications networks and infrastructure
* Track record of scaling business operations
