Job Responsibilities:
* Store Visiting:
Visit retail shops on a regular basis, ensuring that the brand image and product display meet company standards.
* Sales Promotion:
Plan and execute promotional activities within retail partners to increase brand awareness and product sales.
* Customer Relations:
Establish and maintain good relationships with retail partners, and collect their feedback to optimize products and services.
* Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand local market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations to the company.
* Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and respond promptly to the needs of retail partners to avoid overstock or out-of-stock.
* Price Control:
Implement price control mechanisms to prevent price confusion and ensure consistency in market pricing.
* Compliance Checks:
Ensure all retail activities comply with local laws and regulations, especially those related to e-cigarettes.
* Report Preparation:
Regularly prepare sales reports and market analysis reports to report to the retail manager.
* Crisis Management:
Handle emergencies such as product recalls, customer complaints, etc., and report to the company promptly.
Job Requirements:
* Experienced working with retail sales; exposure in the vape industry is highly preferred.
* Applicants must be able to legally work in Ireland.
* A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required for this role. The car allowance and mileage allowance will be provided.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Mandarin proficiency is a plus to better serve specific market segments.
