About The Role
We're looking for a
German-speaking Enterprise Service Manager
to support and empower our enterprise customers across the DACH region. You'll be the key link between clients and internal teams — ensuring smooth service delivery, resolving complex issues, and helping customers get the most from our products.

What You'll Do
* Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients — managing service requests, account configuration, and escalations.
* Proactively educate customers on product features and best practices.
* Drive improvements in SLA performance, case resolution, and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Finance, and Risk teams to resolve high-impact issues.
* Support compliance activities (e.g., PCI DSS documentation) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
What You Bring
* 2–3 years' experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success — ideally in fintech or payments.
* Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
* Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and handling complex service cases.
* Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
