A store operations leader is required to drive operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and a thriving team culture in our client's store in Swords, North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient stock control, merchandising, staffing, and compliance.

Requirements:
* Proven track record in retail management, ideally in a big box or large-format store.
* Experience leading teams of 25+.
* Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
