Education & Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
• Secondary school qualification (or equivaent)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
DESIRABLE
• Certificate or diploma in business administration, customer service, or a related field
• Experience or training in regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role essential
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems desirable
• Familiarity with medical device products or healthcare customers desirable
