Facilities Engineer – Kerry
ReportingtotheEngineeringFacilitiesLead,theFacilitiesEngineerwillberesponsibleforoverseeingtheoperationandmaintenanceofallspecifiedFacilitiesSystemsandEquipment.
ThesuccessfulFacilitiesEngineerwillhaveaThirdlevelqualificationinaMechanical,ChemicalorSciencedisciplineandaminimum3years’Pharmaceutical/Industrial/Semi-conductorprocess.
Skills and experience required:
GoodknowledgeofGMPandvalidationofsystems.
ProjectmanagementskillsandabilitytoleadFacilitiesprojects.
GoodworkingknowledgeonHVAC&Cleansystemsrequired.
Flexibleapproachtoworkandpractices/proceduresrequired.
KnowledgeofSAPMaintenanceProcessing,TrackwiseandCADhighlyadvantageous
Key responsibilities will include,butwillnotbelimitedto:
SchedulingandsupervisingalltemporarycontractorpersonnelintheFacilitiesDepartment
Developingoperational/maintenanceprocedurestoachieveandmaintainbestpracticeandregulatorycompliance.
ContinuousdevelopmentofFacilitiessystemstoachievemaximumoperationalandmaintenanceefficiency.
ProvidingoperationalandinvestmentbudgetsupporttotheEngineeringFacilitiesLeadasrequired.
ActingasSMEownerforGMPandNon-GMPsystemsasapplicable
Troubleshootingprocessspecificequipmentasneeded
GeneratingdataandreportstosupportAnnualProductQualityReviewsandregulatorysubmissions.
SupportingChangeControlandCommissioning/Qualificationactivities
ProvidingFacilitiesfocusedinputtoallorganisationprojects
DevelopingandplanningshutdownscheduleswithFacilitiesandBusinessUnits
Providingtimelyandaccuratefeedbackonpotentialissues(suchasresources,technicalissuesetc)
MentoringinterimEngineersandStudentsasrequired
