Desirable skills:
* Proficiency in frame and lens selection, including an understanding of different lens materials, coatings, and designs
* Ability to perform precise frame adjustments and repairs to ensure a perfect fit for patients
* Glazing skills
* A warm and patient-focused approach, with the ability to build rapport and trust with every patient.
* Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex information about prescriptions, lens options, and eye health.
* A proactive attitude in guiding patients through the entire eyewear selection process, from helping them choose the correct frames to advising on lens features that best suit their lifestyle.
