Job Title: Advanced Unified Communications Specialist
This is a permanent position in Dublin City Centre, requiring occasional visits to other sites in Ireland. The role involves working on-site to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track and manage equipment and software inventory.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for design, testing, and implementation.
* Evaluate and update meeting room equipment to meet the firm's interoperability requirements.
* Provide technical support to the IT Service Desk, ensuring all incidents are logged and updated.
* Troubleshoot calls to achieve a satisfactory resolution and document processes for optimising the service provided.
* Maintain hardware inventory, including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
* Administer and support telephone and voicemail systems, as well as existing voice and data cabling.
* Support and maintain mobile devices (iPhones and iPads).
* Coordinate with third-party suppliers regarding UC and hardware issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in fast-paced AV/UC, IT Support environments.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work under pressure and confidently interact with senior members of the team.
* Experience with Meeting Room Technology, Video Conference/Audio Conference/Webinar Support, Digital Content Support, Telecoms Support, and IP-based telephone system administration.
* Commissioning of MS Teams EV numbers within the office and Mobile Support, MS Intune administration, and reporting.
