Job Title: Accounting Clerk
This role is part-time, 22 hours a week, Monday to Thursday (9 am-2:30 pm) in an office setting.
* Process payroll for wages, bonuses, and expenses.
* Manage pension schemes and report on their status.
* Handle direct debit management and process files.
* Process customer payments, accounts, and debtor ledger control.
* Nominal allocation of supplier invoices.
* Manage supplier payments, accounts, and creditor ledger control.
* Perform general bookkeeping tasks.
* Reconcile bank statements.
* Generate weekly bank reports.
* Manage VAT and revenue requirements.
