Junior-Mid Systems Administrator Location: Dundalk, Ireland (onsite, 5 days per week) Salary: €40,000-€50,000 (depending on experience) Contract Type: Permanent, full-time About the Role We're looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to take ownership of IT operations within a leading software company's Dundalk HQ. You'll be the first point of contact for all IT needs onsite, supporting colleagues across every department - from product and development to finance, sales, and support. This is a role where your work directly impacts how the whole company operates day to day. Alongside daily support, you'll play a key part in projects that will transform how the company manages its technology, from cloud migration to endpoint management. It's the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also gaining exposure to bigger-picture infrastructure projects. What You'll Do Act as the go-to IT contact onsite in Dundalk, supporting staff across all functions. Manage and resolve tickets covering 1st to 3rd line issues. Handle user onboarding/offboarding across Ireland, the UK, and the US. Maintain IT assets, hardware, and software. Support key infrastructure projects, including: Migrating servers and email into Azure/O365. Improving Intune policies and endpoint management. Helping drive the shift to a fully cloud-based environment. What You'll Bring 2+ years' experience in a SysAdmin or IT support role (Windows-focused). Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows OS. Experience with Azure/O365 administration (including Entra ID, Intune). Confident troubleshooting across networks, hardware, and software. Great communication skills - approachable, reliable, and solutions-focused. Nice to Have Knowledge of AWS or MacOS. Exposure to ERP systems. Certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft fundamentals.
