O' Brien's Service Station, Costcutter Togher we looking for an experienced Deli Supervisor. The Candidate must be passionate about fresh food and have 2-3 years experience working in a food service, catering, or deli management or supervisor environment.
Strong customer service experience.

A natural flair/passion for cooking and food preparation
Experience working in a customer facing retail environment.
Ensuring the Deli department is presented to the highest standards .
Operate the Deli department in line with HACCP legislation ensuring that food safety is priority.
Prepare food in a high quality, cost effective manner, ensuring the department meets projected sales and contribution targets.
Work in conjunction with the Dept. Manager to ensure the smooth running of the deli as a whole.
