Key Responsibilities of a Financial Manager
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. We are seeking an experienced financial professional to oversee the management of our property and asset portfolios.
* Oversight of financial operations, including day-to-day cash flow management and forecasting, budgeting with variance analysis.
* Cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for a residential property investment company.
* Review and approve weekly tenant deposit returns and AP payments.
* Maintain and enhance internal controls, reporting frameworks, and improve financial processes.
* Support the Managing Director in fundraising activities and equity/debt relationship management.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and provide timely financial information to support business decisions.
