We are seeking motivatedEquipment Techniciansto join our client's team in Leixlip.Location:Leixlip, DublinAbout the RoleIn this role, you will play a key part in the installation, start-up, and support of equipment at client sites, contributing to the advancement of the semiconductor industry. You will work hands-on with equipment, ensuring accurate installation, troubleshooting, and technical support, while prioritising safety and teamwork in a highly collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of pump racks and subcomponents in line with provided mechanical drawings.Carry out equipment start-up and commissioning, including parameter and software setup following defined checklists.Complete signal wiring termination and verify signaling according to schematics.Follow detailed work instructions for equipment start-up and operation.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues during the start-up process.Uphold and enforce all safety policies and procedures on site.Work closely with the Site Lead to deliver on daily and weekly priorities.Qualifications (Must-Have)Technical diploma/degree in Electrical or related field (qualified electricians will also be considered).Minimum of 2 years' experience in equipment installation or maintenance within the semiconductor industry.Proficiency in PC use, record keeping, and documentation sign-offs.Additional Success FactorsProven troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and software areas.Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude .Excellent communication and teamwork skills.High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
