Reporting to the Associate Director, Technology Transfer, this individual will be responsible for the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing at our Swords site.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology transfer and API pharmaceutical manufacturing.
They should have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive decision-making internally and with customers.
A high level of expertise in chemical process engineering and plant operations is also essential.
