Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual who can deliver impactful training programs on both new and existing technologies. This role involves designing and delivering technical product and procedure instruction, assessing student competency, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Education and Training: Teach Medtronic Pelvic Health products, therapies, procedures, and beyond the product initiatives to internal and external audiences.
* Support New Hires: Ensure smooth onboarding and progress of new hires enrolled in the training program.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work with MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, HR, and sales leaders to develop creative and effective training solutions.
* Assess Competency: Evaluate student technical acumen and assess the results of training.
* Partner with Subject Matter Experts: Provide subject matter expertise on Medtronic products, therapies, procedures, and beyond the product to the PH Medical Education and Product Development team.
Requirements
You will need a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in a training, field sales, sales support, clinical, or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry. Relevant skills include design, development, delivery, and evaluation of product and procedure-based technical education and training using blended learning solutions.
