This position is perfect for someone passionate about pharmaceutical sales, with strong communication skills and a drive to grow within the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and qualify potential pharmaceutical clients, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.Research target markets to build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.Client Outreach & Relationship BuildingInitiate and maintain contact with healthcare professionals to introduce products and services.Understand client needs and communicate product benefits effectively to support decision-making.Sales Support & CoordinationCollaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.Market IntelligenceGather and report market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to improve strategies.Stay updated with industry trends, new product launches, and regulatory updates.Performance Tracking & ReportingMaintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM tools.Track and report on key performance metrics to the Sales Manager.Compliance & Ethical StandardsEnsure all activities align with pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development preferred (freshers with strong potential may also apply)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyGood understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market dynamics is an advantageProficiency in CRM software and MS Office toolsJob Type: Full-time
