Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of cost management are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare tender and contract documentation to ensure accurate and transparent cost estimates.
* Manage the change control process to minimize costs and optimize value.
* Collaborate with the client and design team to ensure that project objectives are met.
* Appoint and manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best-in-class outcomes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3+ years' post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager.
* Proven expertise in preparing valuations, variation management, and CVR reporting.
* A degree qualification in a relevant field.
Desirable Skills
While not essential, experience in apartment developments would be beneficial. Additionally, proficiency in relevant software packages, such as Sage or Excel, would be an advantage.
