Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Car Sales Executive to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced sales professionals, gaining valuable experience in customer service, sales processes, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options, explaining the features and benefits of each model.
* Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, supporting the overall team in achieving dealership goals.
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Help organise test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and ensure the presentation of vehicles meets dealership standards.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using the dealership's CRM system.
* Keep up to date with the latest car models, features, and promotions available from the dealership.
* Support marketing efforts, promoting new offers and participating in sales events.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales (experience in the automotive sector is beneficial but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for cars and a desire to develop a career in automotive sales.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A valid driving licence.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
