Providing level 1/2 technical support to end-users 2. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues 3. Managing user accounts, permissions, and access across systems 4. Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices 5. Supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
