Customer Service Supervisor Role
This is a customer-focused leadership opportunity to supervise a team of front office professionals and deliver exceptional service to hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Supervision: Lead the front office team to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our valued guests.
* Check-in and Check-out Procedures: Oversee the efficient handling of guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless processes and prompt resolution of any issues.
* Switchboard and Telephone Operations: Manage the switchboard and telephone operations with professionalism, providing timely assistance to guests and colleagues alike.
* Reservations and Special Requests: Accurately handle guest reservations and special requests, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and courtesy.
* Billing and Financial Transactions: Ensure that billing and financial transactions meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
* Cash Handling and Security: Monitor floats, safe deposits, and cash handling to maintain a secure and controlled environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
* Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
* Hotel PMS Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is essential for this role.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
* Teamwork and Initiative: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative to drive results and improvements.
