The Role:
We are looking to hire an enthusiasitc and customer-oriented Sales Administrator to become part of our busy team. This role will be focused on promoting cleaning Services through online channels and driving business growth. This diverse position involves providing excellent customer service and handling a range of administrative duties. We are seeking someone who is well-organised, personable and confident in managing various tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Must have proven experience in the Contract Cleaning Sector
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing telephone, email and website enquiries from customers and trade professionals
* Generate Sales Quotations, Sales Orders
* Outbound telephone sales: promoting existing and new products.
* Process sales orders via logistics department.
* Liaise with customers to inform them of any discrepancies or stock availability issues and find a suitable alternative product where necessary.
* Internal Sales support to Operations department.
* Provide product and after sales support to customers and end users.
* Proactive office-based selling to increase sales.
* Dealing with customer price queries
* Provide advice, ensuring selected products are suitable for the customer's space
