Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support the setup and day-to-day running of our new Limerick fulfilment operation. The successful candidate will support operational launch activities including warehouse setup, inventory organisation, fulfilment workflow implementation, goods receiving, dispatch operations, and coordination of warehouse workflow within a growing e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support setup and operational launch activities within the warehouse operation
Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Coordinate warehouse workflow and support operational efficiency
Support inventory accuracy and stock control processes
Assist with warehouse organisation, fulfilment readiness, and operational setup activities
Support local carrier coordination and warehouse administration activities
Ensure compliance with warehouse health and safety procedures
Support achievement of fulfilment and dispatch targets
Assist with onboarding and day-to-day support of warehouse staff
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to support warehouse operations and inventory tracking
Escalate operational issues, stock discrepancies, or delays where required
Requirements
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment
Understanding of warehouse operations and stock control procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Good communication and organisational skills
Desirable
Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or senior operative role
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods fulfilment
Forklift certification
