Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company secretarial practice and be able to provide high-quality support to our clients. Role Responsibilities: * Producing documentation for the incorporation of companies, including preparation of documents relating to change of name applications and business name registrations, re-registrations, and post-incorporation compliance; * Maintaining Companies' Statutory Registers and Records and databases; * Filing Company Registration Office documents on time and accurately; * Maintaining correspondence with clients using Diligent (or similar) company secretarial computer software; Person Specification:
