Role Overview:
This position involves working nationally to enhance brand and product visibility in our customers' stores.
Responsibilities:
* Merchandise products at trade stores across the country.
* Ensure merchandise and accessories are displayed according to agreed store display plans.
* Manage on-shelf availability and visibility for all listed products, ensuring presence in both outdoor and indoor locations.
* Ensure all products are clean and well-presented.
* Plan ahead for store visits to maximize time spent in an area and log merchandising calls in a CRM system.
* Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately and in prime locations within each store.
* Attend open days and shows as required to support our sales team.
* Monitor the impact of merchandising in each store.
* Position products in prime in-store locations with suitable signage, clear pricing, and branding, while negotiating additional space for the brand at store level.
* Gain knowledge of competitors in the marketplace and respond quickly by providing feedback on observed changes.
* Monitor stock levels to ensure best-selling products reach their full visual potential in-store.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, identify trends in other stores, and build upon this knowledge to increase sales.
