About the Job
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead high-performing teams across units, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective production management
* Mentor other Operations Managers to develop top talent and drive engagement within the operations teams
* Establish performance targets for business units and monitor actual performance against targets, taking corrective action where necessary
* Foster a culture of safety, quality, people development, and continuous improvement by working with business partners to define expected standards and roles/responsibilities in their conservation.
