Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

o Mentor and coach junior BDRs to enhance their skills and knowledge in prospecting, messaging, and opportunity generation
o Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics

o Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
o Familiarity with CRM software, including HubSpot and ZoomInfo
