Job Overview:
* The Supply Chain Planning & Execution Manager is the direct liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring stable supply on time and in full.
* Coordinates activities across operations, co-manufacturing partners, and logistics providers to achieve supply plan execution with service levels at or above target.
* Direct liaison with Logistics provider, planning and trouble-shooting issues to ensure KPI delivery.
* Key interface with customer organization on demand fulfillment and delivery. Ensure forecasts are aligned with production schedules and inventory targets.
* Manage inventory levels by balancing supply and demand requirements, service at target with minimal obsolescence.
* Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance for the business - forecast accuracy, service level etc.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or business execution.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field - Masters Degree preferred.
* Experience in customer relationship management and co-manufacturing management is preferred.
* Industry standard accreditation desirable.
* Expert analytical capabilities including advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated competence with data and systems.
* Strong understanding of forecasting and modeling techniques and tools.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
* Ability to manage complex tasks and solve problems in a fast-changing environment.
