HR Specialist Wanted
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team on a 14-month maternity leave contract.
The successful candidate will work within the HR department, providing support across all areas, including recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support for all HR-related administration
* Offer guidance and coaching to employees and management regarding employment legislation and best practice
* Enhance existing policies and procedures
* Deliver an exceptional employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle
* Support joiners and leavers processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* HR Degree or related field of study
* Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, preferably with a focus on Recruitment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of HR systems
* Proficient IT skills
