Dublin. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of immigration services to a wide range of clients. This is an on-site position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in immigration services and build a career in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Immigration team, including assisting with documentation and case preparation.Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.Assist with initial document checks and flagging missing information for visa and work permit applications.Monitor email and phone correspondence, forwarding queries to the appropriate team member.Conduct basic research on immigration procedures and industry updates as needed.Support Immigration Associates and Consultants with tasks such as data entry, case tracking, and preparing client communication.Help maintain compliance by ensuring internal systems are updated regularly.Shadow team members during consultations and client meetings to gain insight into the immigration process.Qualifications:· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, HR, or a related field.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.· Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.· Strong verbal and written communication skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.· Interest in Irish immigration law and procedures (prior knowledge is not required).· A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.Future Direct offers a unique opportunity to grow and thrive in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
