Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

12 month contract due to a team member moving to another business unit.
Hybrid working (3 days onsite – specific days dictated whilst training, may be more flexible after that).
This TA will support recruitment needs for Ballytivnan, Westport and Cork, but candidate location to be in Sligo.
Requires 3 years + in-house recruitment (essential), preferably experience in Pharma/Medical device and within Engineering recruitment ideally.
Ability to manage multiple roles at once.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Previous experience with 'SmarRecruiters' an advantage but training will be given.

: Prepare and approve offer packages, ensuring equity and market competitiveness.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to state/federal employment laws and company policies for applicant tracking and reporting metrics.

: Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on staffing-related activities and issues.
What Skills You Need
Education
: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience
: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Business Presence
: Ability to project a strong business presence and instill confidence in clients.

: Proven experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing.
