Electrical Innovation Leader
The successful candidate will have deep technical expertise in analog/digital circuit design, embedded systems, and sensor integration.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires a strong blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership. The Principal Electrical Engineer will lead technical development efforts, driving innovation in areas such as miniaturized sensors, optical detection systems, RF ablation devices, and power electronics.
Key to success in this role is the ability to work closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, clinical experts, and human factors specialists to explore and evaluate new product concepts.

Responsibilities:
* Drive technical development efforts and innovate in areas like miniaturized sensors, optical detection systems, and RF ablation devices.
* Architect, design, and prototype novel electronic systems and subsystems for future technologies.
* Evaluate emerging technologies, integrate cutting-edge components, and expand technological capability and feasibility.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in EE or related discipline & 10+ years experience in industrial design.
* Experience in UX design is beneficial.
* Preferably a Master's degree or PhD in EE or related discipline.
Preferred Skills:
* Ability to lead electrical engineers in electrical design.
* Advanced understanding of complex component and sub-system design.
* Application of advanced circuit and electrical system test methods.
* Understanding of manufacturing and testing methods.
* Application of standard technologies used in industry.
* Interplay between system requirements (EE, ME, SW).
* Complex system level stackups including mechanical, software, and other inputs.
