This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.In this collaborative and supportive workplace, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting management with accurate data, and ensuring smooth financial processes across the company.Join a company committed to making a difference—supporting projects that build better spaces and brighter futures.Key Responsibilities• Process purchase invoices, sales invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.• Assist with bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliations• Support month-end and year-end procedures.• Manage accounts inbox, responding to queries from suppliers, customers and internal teams.• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with credit control when required.• Maintain accurate financial records in line with internal QA procedures.• Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed in a busy and dynamic environment.Requirements• Minimum 2+ years' experience in an account's role within a busy office or finance environment.• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.• Excellent organisation and communication abilities.• Knowledge of Sage (advantage).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Skills & Experience• Accounts Technician qualification or working towards one (advantage but not required).• Experience with accounting software, reconciliations, and finance administration.• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.Benefits• Reporting manager is a fellow of the ACCA and Accounting Technicians Ireland• Competitive Salary• Company Pension• Continuous Professional Development Opportunities• Employee Assistance Programme• On-Site Parking• Permanent Health and Death-in-Service Cover (after 12 months)Schedule• 8-hour shift• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pmHow to Apply: Send your CV + cover letter to
