We are recruiting a leader for this retail giant, responsible for a group of stores in the midlands, with full strategy ownership. Leading, developing and driving the staff to deliver on healthy revenue targets.
This is an exciting time to join this group, with record breaking performance in the last 5 quarters, the business is well positioned to continue their success with a strategic and commercially focused people leader. On a day to day basis your role will have responsibility for Strategic Leadership, Operational management, Financial Control, Governance and stakeholder management.
It is essential you have no less than 5 years in a senior leadership position within a complex retail organisation. You will be a strong people leader who can develop a team to perform well against healthy revenue targets. It is essential you have a relevant track of academic success with no less than a degree level qualification.
