* Supervise setup, service, and breakdown of events with exceptional standards.
* Lead and motivate the conference & banqueting team with confidence and expertise.
* Act as the go-to contact for event organizers and VIP guests ensuring seamless operations.
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
* Support staff scheduling and inventory management.
About the Role
* Prior supervisory experience in conference, banqueting, or catering operations is required.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
* A calm, professional approach under pressure is vital.
* Knowledge of food & beverage service (basic AV setup a plus).
* Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on events.
