Honeycomb is assisting a Global Professional Services firm to recruit for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team. This is a permanent role and would suit someone with experience in a busy client facing role within a corporate environment.

Our client is a global Professional Services firm, known for being a true leader in their field. They have a large corporate office in Dublin city and offer ongoing training & development.
The Role
In this role you will be part of a professional reception team who work closely together and with IT, Catering and Facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you enjoy a client facing role, in a busy and high performing environment this is a great opportunity to develop your career. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties, including:
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Dealing with a high volume of telephone calls
* Booking internal meeting rooms and related catering
* Booking taxis
* Issuing swipe cards
* Managing various administrative tasks
* Dealing with queries
Criteria
* At least three years' experience on client facing reception in a corporate environment.
* You are extremely professional and reliable, with an energetic and focused manner
* You are an engaging and confident communicator
* You are well organised and can work on your own initiative
* You have experience of working in a corporate environment and are a natural team player
* You are dependable and flexible and have the ability to work in a busy team and shift environment (7:45am to 6:30 pm)
