Purpose of Role: Provide a support service to the clients Wastewater Department Ensure all work requests are carried out in a Safe and Professional Manner Ensure that all work is complaint to site, national and global Quality, Safety, Environmental and GMP requirements Activities Within Role: Perform on-going cleaning/maintenance of wastewater areas. Follow instructions for completion of job tasks as instructed by client. To respond to emergency breakdowns across the wastewater department where support is required. General Housekeeping of wastewater areas (especially in Plant rooms, Technical area and areas controlled by CBRE and its contractors. Company Vehicles and Fork Truck driving - transportation of goods on/off site. Assist engineering crafts, engineers, etc. Communicate professionally with all client stakeholders To carry out work generated on work requisition (non-urgent work jobs required by others within wastewater dept) to meet service level agreements. To carry out routine planned maintenance tasks as per Work Orders/ IFM system/Client Computer Systems Ensure documentation of GMP maintenance activities are adhered to. Ensure compliance with GMP at all times. To be flexible and assist the wastewater team in any maintenance role. Provide EHS awareness and support across the wastewater area The post holder will follow safe systems of work, taking reasonable care of their own health and safety, and that of others. Eliminating or reducing risks where practicable by complying with site safety rules and instructions and reporting hazards to management for prompt action. They will complete Risk assessments and method statements and drive a culture of behavioural safety thru their actions Such other duties as required by the operational needs of the wastewater department. Job Experience: Strong experience within the Pharmaceutical/Bio Industry Strong IT experience Practical hands-on facilities experience Forklift licence an advantage 3+ Years working in a regulated environment in a similar role. (preferably wastewater) Qualifications: Leaving Cert (desirable) with ability to comply with Good Documentation Procedures (GDP)
