We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and manage the front desk efficiently
* Answer phone calls and coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
* Assist with processing orders and maintaining office supplies inventory
* Manage calendars for senior staff and handle administrative tasks
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting rooms
You will provide general administrative support to various departments as required, utilizing your excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Requirements
* Previous experience in office administration and reception duties
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
About This Role
This is a 39-hour week position, Monday to Friday working business hours. Salary is open to negotiation and based on experiences.
