Job Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Service Excellence Coordinator.
* Coordinate store orders, manage courier bookings with internal teams, and handle Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
* Provide administrative support using Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Promote seamless customer service delivery by serving as a key link between our customers and operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Answer customer inquiries and process store orders via phone, email, and chat.
* Accurately record and track orders within our internal systems.
* Collaborate with client services teams to book couriers and monitor delivery schedules.
* Manage POD documentation to ensure completeness and resolve any discrepancies.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order history.
* Generate and update reports using Microsoft Excel (e.g., delivery logs, order summaries).
* Create customer communications, templates, and internal documents using Microsoft Word.
* Foster strong relationships with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to guarantee timely fulfillment.
* Resolve customer issues professionally and empathetically.
