FIREFIT launched in 2020 and now operates two class-based training studios inChurchtownandKnocklyon. Our team includessports scientists, athletic therapists, physios, and experienced group fitness coaches - all working together to deliver high-standard training for real people.

Role Breakdown – You’ll Take the Lead in One of These Areas:
(Note: all Head Coaches will coach a minimum of 24 hours per week across a mix of class types)
Strength Lead
* Lead on programming and long-term planning for strength blocks
* Develop and oversee baseline testing and assessment processes
* Mentor and upskill other coaches in movement quality and delivery
* Deliver CPD and practical training sessions for the team
* Take point on youth athletic development initiatives
* Coach24+ hours/weekacross general group classes (not limited to strength)
Cardio Lead
* Design and progress cardio programming (HYROX, BURN, and conditioning)
* Lead development of pacing models, challenge weeks, and test weeks
* Guide and support coach delivery on high-tempo, energy-driven formats
* Oversee HYROX product delivery and innovation across both studios
* Coach24+ hours/weekacross general group classes (not limited to cardio)
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years coaching experience in a group or small-group setting
* Strong technical skill in your area (strength or cardio)
* Experience mentoring or leading others preferred
* Excellent communicator who sets high standards
* Someone who wants to be part of somethingthey can grow with and shape
