We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Private Equity Operations team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the Private Equity team, including:
* Preparing and reviewing complex financial reports and statements
* Performing financial modeling and forecasting
* Analyzing financial data and identifying trends and insights
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in Accounting or Finance
* Professional accounting qualifications (e.g. ACA, ACCA)
* Excellent knowledge of UK, US, and Lux GAAPs
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
* Client contact: Providing premier client service by building strong relationships with investment advisors and other third parties.
* Complex accounts preparation/review under various GAAP/IFRS standards.
* Bookkeeping/cash management investments: Update and maintain investment and portfolio records on behalf of clients.
* Investor calls/distributions: Calculate call/distribution amounts for recommendation by client.
* Company secretarial duties: Assist in preparation of company minutes and agendas, process investor transfers.
Skills/Knowledge:
* Accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA preferred).
* UK, US, and Lux GAAPs.
* Guernsey Company/POI/Partnership laws.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of Investran would be an advantage.
