* A global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) is looking for a Senior Technology Transfer Engineer. The role focuses on leading technology transfer activities for new product introductions.
About the Role: This senior position will lead technology transfer activities. Ensure seamless scale-up from lab to commercial scale.
The ideal candidate should have an honours degree in chemical or process engineering with 7-10 years of experience in the bulk pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge about scaling up processes efficiently while maintaining high-quality products. For this key role, candidates are expected to work closely with cross-functional teams including Research & Development and Operations Departments, providing technical support through hands-on workshops training sessions etc..
